I wish that I could be like my mom and fold the clothes as they come out of the dryer. I usually get to it the same day I do it after they are set in a pile on the couch. I have however adopted the "box" technique, which I love. Each member of the family has a plastic box where their folded laundry goes. After all the laundry is folded and distributed into the laundry box, then the owner of the box puts that laundry away. Growing up, we were in charge of putting away our laundry after we got home from school. On good weeks, I put away my laundry and the kids on "Laundry day." On bad weeks, I have to empty their boxes before I fill it the same day with new clean clothes. Phil's box is usually this way! Here are the kids "helping" mommy with laundry.

This is a picture of the kids room. We opted to keep them in the same room and make the third bedroom a playroom/piano room/computer room.
