So we have an awesome neighbor 3 doors down from us with kids our kids' ages. We take turns pretty much everyday after the bus stop taking each other's kids. Today, she had Zachary. I called her after dropping him off to just mention that he might want to go poop in the potty and that she should remind him and even force him to sit on the potty. (The last couple of days he's been pooping his pants...lovely! I think that he can't differenciate between a poop and a toot so he does both, in his underwear). So she sits him on the potty and he doesn't go. A half hour later I get a phone call from my neighbor and she tells me this story...
Audrey (her daughter) was outside yelling at Zachary saying that he's stinky. Julie (my neighbor) yells at her and says it's not nice to call someone stinky. Audrey replies by saying, "But he's pooping on our lawn!" Sure enough, there was my wonderful son with his pants down taking a dump on the neighbors lawn. He was squating and everything. She asked him why and he said, "I went pee pee."
Isn't my son so smart? If only his brain would function and make all the necessary connections.
