Caramel apple overload

This Christmas I had the crazy idea of offering to make caramel apples for all the primary workers (about 30) and all of Phil's employees (about 60). That is 90 caramel apples in one week. Thanks to all that helped! My hands still hurt thinking about all those caramels that I had to peel.

Next time, make the caramel yourself (although unless you stir with an oven mit on, you'll have another reason to have a hurting hand!)or buy a block of caramel at a kitchen needs store.
