When Uncle Dave moved out in February, we decided to give Kaylin her own room downstairs and have Jared have his own room upstairs. Of course, we had to paint over the pink because our son could not live in a pink room. This is me saying, "Am I really painting again? Am I really wearing the 'Happy Holiday' sweatshirt again?" Do you like the nice stain on my butt?
It took 3 coats of paint to cover this really bright pink/rose color.
This is the dresser that I re-did. It was just a wood laminate dresser and it had hideous looking handles. I took those out and wood puttied the holes. Then I painted it blue and put these cute wooden knobs that I painted lime green. I think it turned out really cute, just don't look too closely because one of the knobs is off. Oh well.
This week, Jeri and I put up these cute decals on the wall and centered this canvas in the middle. It's so cute in the room.

So...it doesn't look really "done." Can you take a picture of the whole room? Or maybe it needs more pictures on teh walls? I love you :)
