The kids were excited for dinner. I think the anticipation was greater than the actual dinner because during dinner, I had to coerce Zachary into eating his dinner when all he wanted was soda (red slush). Lauren ate little bits, but not a whole lot. Kaylin ate maybe 3 bites and then said she had to "rest" from eating and then said she was full and we threatened her that she wasn't going to have dessert or anything else to eat until she finished dinner. She agreed and went off to play. What is wrong with these kids! It was a GREAT dinner!
This is the look I got from Lauren everytime I acknowledged her. She tolerated me, but didn't really go to me at all. Maybe next time...The Feast!

Looks like you had lots of fun with Heather and Jay. Too bad that Lauren thinks you are not worth a smile! Better luck next time. You know, sometimes she talks about Fofa all the way to our house and then when she gets here I can hardly get a hug out of her! She is a solemn child!!!
Kids never eat yummy dinners--I don't know what their problem is!
